Padró, Enrique Del Cueto, and Pedro Busó recently obtained summary judgment in a multi-million dollar complaint filed against a client and many of its principals claiming political discrimination and myriad constitutional violations. The judgment validated a universal reclassification plan which affected thousands of employees.
