Litigation Shareholder appointed to serve for an additional term as President of Puerto Rico Bar Association Committee in charge of evaluating candidates for judicial office in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Litigation Shareholder José E. González-Borgos, Esq. has been appointed by the recently elected President of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, Arturo Hernández-González, Esq., to serve for an additional two-year term as President of the Bar Committee in charge of evaluating candidates for judicial office in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (“Comisión Evaluadora de Nombramientos Judiciales del Colegio de Abogados”). Mr. González-Borgos has been the President of said Committee for the last three years and has been an active member of the same for thirteen years. In 2007 he was named Bar Member of the Year (“Colegiado del Año”) for his work in the committee.
